Content Policy

This Content Policy describes what you may and may not create using pixelalibi's AI tools. By using the Service, you agree to follow these rules at all times.

In short. Create content responsibly. Do not generate content that harms, exploits, deceives, or infringes on the rights of others.

01Allowed Content

You may use pixelalibi to generate and animate images that are:

  • Original or based on images you own or have rights to use.
  • Artistic, creative, or entertainment-focused in nature.
  • Personal projects, non-commercial experimentation, or lawful commercial use.
  • NSFW content of fictional adult characters, only when the NSFW setting is explicitly enabled in your account.

02Prohibited Content

You must not use pixelalibi to create content that:

  • Involves minors — any sexual, exploitative, or unsafe depiction of persons under 18 is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
  • Depicts real people without consent — including deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or content designed to harass or defame an individual.
  • Promotes violence or hatred — content that glorifies, incites, or threatens violence against any person or group based on protected characteristics.
  • Infringes intellectual property — uploading or generating content that reproduces copyrighted material without authorisation.
  • Is deceptive or fraudulent — impersonating public figures, creating disinformation, or producing material intended to deceive.
  • Is unlawful — any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

03Enforcement

We monitor for policy violations and reserve the right to:

  • Remove content that breaches this policy without notice.
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or severely violate these rules.
  • Report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

We may use automated systems and human review to detect violations. False positives can be appealed by contacting support.

04Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the outputs you generate. By submitting a generation request, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to use the image you upload.
  • The output you request complies with this policy.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

05Policy Updates

We may update this Content Policy to reflect new use cases or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
