Welcome to pixelalibi. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pixelalibi website, applications, and AI generation tools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.

03Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

04Gems, Purchases & Billing

The Service uses a virtual credit called "Gems". Gems have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
• Purchases are generally final.
• Promotional or free Gems may carry separate conditions and expiry dates.

05Your Content & License

You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload. You grant pixelalibi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transform your Input solely to operate and improve the Service.

Generated outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate to the extent permitted by applicable law.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• depicts a real person without their consent, or is sexual in nature;
• involves minors in any unsafe or exploitative context;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or promotes violence; or
• attempts to deceive, impersonate, or defraud.

07Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, branding, and design, is owned by pixelalibi and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to reverse engineer or resell the Service.

08Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pixelalibi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pixelalibi is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
